Due to the nature of our merchandise, we do not honor any returns and refunds.

2. Returns and Refunds

If you received a damaged product, this needs to be reported at the time of receipt of the delivery or within the day. Whomever signs and accepts the package is acknowledging that the item is received undamaged. You cannot make a claim, after the courier has already left.

3. Age Verification

If you received the wrong product, please contact us with your order confirmation number, item you ordered, and a picture of the item you received via email (cheers@flasked.ph). We will then trace what happened to your order. We would appreciate if you can inform us within the day of delivery.
