Waves of wild honey, toasted almonds and hazelnuts, with stewed dark fruits, orange zest, burnt toffee and camp fire smoke.

Taste:

Bursting with smoke red berries, black pepper and dried sultanas, followed by layers of dark chocolate, maple syrup, candied ginger and cinnamon.


Finish:

Long and warming, with lingering notes of dark chocolate, toffee, and subtle spice, possibly with a wisp of smoke.
