The Manzairaku Kaga Umeshu featured here has been slowly matured for 12 years. A lot of sweetness in the mouth and a mellow acidity for this umeshu, which predisposes it to accompany desserts. The plum aroma has mellowed and the fragrances recall the aroma of aged alcohol similar to whiskey.
