Taste:

The vanilla continues on the palate, accompanied by the flavors of oak. Sweet notes, potentially including caramel or even candy-like flavors, can also be present. Some might perceive a slight bitterness, possibly reminiscent of bourbon. 

Finish:

Long though quite oaky and tannic.
