Old Fashioned Cocktail Set (Jim Beam Bourbon 750ml, Angostura Bitters 200ml)

Ingredients:
60 ml Bourbon Whisky
2 dash Angostura Bitters
1/2 tsp Sugar
1 pc Orange peel/Orange Wedge
       
Procedure:
1. Chill the glass first.
2. Pour bitters and sugar into a mixing glass and mix until sugar is dissolved.
3. Add bourbon whisky and ice into the mixing glass and stir to combine,
4. Strain into glass and garnish with orange peel or orange wedge.
