Tasting Notes:

Aroma:

Sweet apples,  Vanilla and spicy oak,   Honey,   Polyurethane. 

Taste:

Spicy and sweet,  Caramel apples, some cinnamon, and more honey. Smoke toward the end. 

Finish:

Honey and kitchen spices.  Brine.  Soft peat.  Ends with smoke, and some oak.  After a few minutes, a salty aftertaste.
